In 1999 he helped form and served as the President of MetroTech Search, Inc. which produced approximately 100 annual placements. Mr. Herrmann launched Alyn, Patrick & Associates, Inc. in 2002, earning recognition as one of the Top 25 Technical/Professional Executive Search Firms (Dallas Business Journal) in the DFW area in the company’s first full calendar year. Mr. Herrmann holds Bachelor and Master of Science degrees from Texas Tech University.
